FAQ

Well, you only pay for the productive support you receive. Therefore there are no employment or payroll costs, just a simple monthly invoice. There are a number of flexible packages tailored to suit your business needs and you also have complete freedom to change your hours in line with your business requirements.
There may be some specific costs incurred such as travel, stationary, postage and packaging but consent will be obtained beforehand.

Yes, there is a minimum charge of 1 hour for ad-hoc work. Thereafter time is billed in 15 minute increments.

Communication is really important when we work together. I will always notify you if you are nearing your limit and have regular chats to make sure you are on the right package for your needs

We use professional time tracking software so you can see exactly how your hours are being used.
For retained customers, you will have access to a live report where you can see assigned tasks and progress made on these.

You can roll over up to 10% of your retained hours to the following month.

We offer a really flexible service so just let us know and if possible we can change your package accordingly.

These vary depending on which package you are on.
For ad-hoc support, you are invoiced at the end of each month for the hours that you have used. A deposit may be required when we first start working together.
For retained work, you will receive an invoice at the start of each month for the forthcoming hours.
Payment terms are strictly 7 days from the date of the invoice.
